Jacques Bermon Webster III (born on April 30, 1993) is an American rapper. His stage name is the combined name of his favorite uncle with the first name and first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, and also a publishing contract with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint record deal with Epic Records and T.I. He also signed a record deal with Epic and T.I. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self released in 2013. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the first studio album by the artist. The hit single "Antidote" was the album's lead track. His second album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. Scott released Birds in the Trap Sing McCKnight (2016) together with Quavo under the collective name Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to critical acclaim. It was the first album to feature his Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debuted on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following the release of his single "Franchise", which featured Young Thug as well as M.I.A., Scott was able to release the compilation album JackBoys. Scott was the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs hit the top spot within a mere decade in 2020.
