Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also voiced by her. The series began with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and social worker in the past and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and instructor of cooking. She is part-Italian. Cook was featured in her first public service announcement regarding foster care at seven years. Cook started working as a child-print model at 10 years old. She was featured in the national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
