NF
Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30, 1991) and known by his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American rapper, singer as well as songwriter, record producer and songwriter. Two EPs were issued by Feuerstein I'm Free (2012) [3and an EP self-titled in the year 2014. He was signed to Capitol CMG. Mansion was his debut major-label album. It was released March 31st, 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016, peaked at number 12 in the US Billboard 200. His albums have been awarded numerous accolades such as the Gospel Music Association Dove Award (Therapy Session) for Rap/Hip Hop Albums of the Year. Perception climbed to the top spot in the United States in 2017, and the third single, "Let You down" made it to number 12 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Billboard Hot 100 topped the charts across the globe and was a top 10 single. Similar commercial success was also achieved through The Search (2019). Feuerstein stated that rap was a form of escape in his youth. He would record songs on an karaoke machine and record instrumentals with one microphone, and his raps on the other. On November 29, 2010, Feuerstein independently released his debut studio album Moments under his real name. On August 2, 2011 Feuerstein released his first single "Alone". Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the track, was included. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and became interested in his music. The artist published his debut extended play I'm Free on May 2nd 2012, and Profitt provided the production. The album's tracklist contained nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" which featured Sean Simmonds. Xist revealed that NF was coming out however Feuerstein quit the label because of an argument. NF production was postponed. NF did include a track featuring Shuree William "Only One", on the label's compilation album Move Vol 1 He released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on November 4, 2013. Profitt once more appeared in the song. Additionally, Danielle Swift sang.
